The Hampton Inn in Cazanovia was a great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and sound proof. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. It was nice that the hotel was away from traffic. A nice quiet setting.

Nice room: squishy pillows, firm mattress. No microwave but awesome standing shower with glass door. Breakfast was ok, Ellen behind the front desk was wonderful.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in! From the moment I walked in until the moment I departed, I felt like family! Quinn, (I believe the Assistant Manager) was incredibly helpful with all guests in our party. He went above and beyond to be certain everything was taken care of. Every employee, (Mitchell, Janie, Chelsey, Cindy), all Room Attendants, Servers at the Event I participated in, went above & beyond to make sure all guests were taken care of and happy! The employees took on several different roles without complaint & did a great job in each one. As I was only attending the 40th Birthday Party, I do not know the Event Planner's name; however, though she had been sick, she came in to make sure all was going as planned! (Above & beyond professionalism!) 100% appreciation for the Hampton Inn-Cazenovia for its hospitality, cleanliness, accomodations, and even the food! Thank you! :)

Absolutely perfect from check in to check out. Amazing staff, modern & welcoming lobby, clean well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast and affordable rates make this Hampton Inn an absolute homerun! Sunsets are worth the price of admission. Look no further for accommodations when visiting central NY. Thanks for a great experience!

This is a nice very clean hotel but I have no idea what I paid $259 per night for when other hotels in the area charged about $100-115/night for similar rooms. Very basic and standard 2-star accommodations. I hoped for the restaurant on the premises but it turned out it's closed on weekends (don't recall it being mentioned when I made the reservation). A/C unit super loud. Mattress was stiff. A wonderful super nice lady at reception, an unexpected location on the outskirts of Cazenovia so that you have to drive to any location in the village, and a basic room even for Hampton Inn. Did not use the fitness room (looked nice) and the pool (small indoor pool with one family pretty much taking all the space). Nice seating area outside of the hotel. Good experience overall but I feel that I overpaid a lot for it. Next time I'll stay in one of the more reasonably priced B&Bs in the village within walking distance to everything.

Really a great experience, the hotell us clean, the staff is very friendly. And the breakfast is good. I did not like the eggs. Over all it was a great place to stay.
